Changes

To edit information about events, sources, places, and repositories already present in the family tree, switch to the appropriate view, select an entry you would like to view/modify, and then click the {{man button|[[File:Gramps-notes.png|13px]]Edit}} icon on the toolbar. Alternatively, you may double-click on the entry to edit it.

To add an event, a citation/source, a place, or a repository to the family tree, switch to the appropriate {{icon|even}}{{man label|Events}} View (See Fig. {{#var:chapter}}.{{#expr:{{#var:figure}}}}), {{icon|cite}}{{man label|Citations}} View, {{icon|sour34}}{{man label|Sources}} View , {{icon|plac}}{{man label|Places}} View , or {{icon|repo}}{{man label|Repositories}} View. Then click the {{man button|+}} icon on the toolbar to add the corresponding object. Enter the information into the corresponding {{man label|Event Editor}} ( {{man label|Source Editor}}, {{man label|Citation Editor}}, {{man label|Place Editor}} , or {{man label|Repository Editor}} ) dialog.
