GEDCOM produced by Ancestry.com is not fully readable by Gramps 2.0.x and 2.2.x (Relationship lost).
This is [http://bugswww.gramps-project.org/bugs/view.php?id=899 fixed for 3.0]. Also, you can use grampify.pl for fixing broken GEDCOM generated by Ancestry.com.
