Changes

In some environments GRAMPS may be unresponsive after displaying its window after being started, particularly after the first time. This can be worked around by running GRAMPS via a BAT file which first sets GRAMPSHOME to an accessible directory, as discussed on the [[GRAMPS and Windows#Setting the configuration path|Gramps et Windows]].
