Hi Patsy,
I am creating a page now describing the process to make the 4 PDF files. And instructions for others to make additionsl language variations. It does require experience with unix command line tools. The page is https://gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php/Gramps_5.1_Manual_Creation . I provide all my scripts to reproduce each file.
