→Capitalization: new section
For the Download Page you are free to do as you wish it is a wiki after all. You will notice that I did not link to the other gramps4win projects binary and only the official binary uploaded to GRAMPS source forge download area which from the public's point of view is official, so if it isn't official I suggest it not be added and be hosted on gramps4win. I think it'd be nice if the wiki could follow a standard capitalization practice.
I like the one in Wikipedia: Headers are sentence-capitalized, meaning only the
