Perhaps this should say:
 
"The Gramps manual is available in four languages, English, French, Dutch and Slovak"?
 
 
This same wording would then be appropriate for all the diferent langauge pages.
 
 
 
In any case, "The GRAMPS manual has been translated into 3 languages: French, Dutch and Slovak" would be more correct.
