These defaults may be changed while running GRAMPSGramps, by right clicking the Pedigree window background, obtaining '''Configure the active view icon''' from the pop-up menu toolbar and then selecting the appropriate optioncheck boxes, tree style or , tree direction and tree size(number of generations).
