Dit deel geeft een overzicht van alle filterregels die momenteel beschikbaar zijn in GRAMPS. Al deze regels zijn beschikbaar om in eigengemaakte filters te kunnen gebruiken. De regels worden opgesomd per categorie.

Eigengemaakte filters opstellen

Met de filterdialoog kunt u eigengemaakte filters opstellen die kunnen gebruikt worden om personen te selecteren. deze selectie kan dan gebruikt worden in verslagen, exportbestanden en andere gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen. Dit is in feite een zeer krachtig gereedschap voor genealogische analyse.

Wanneer u de dialoog om de filters te bouwen opstart, krijgt u een lijst te zien van alle reeds door u aangemaakte filters. De lijst bevat de naam van de filter en een eventuele opmerking. De lijst is specifiek: bij de personenfilters krijgt u enkel een lijst met personenfilters. Door op de + knop te klikken kunt u een nieuw filter toevoegen. Indien er reeds filters werden aangemaakt, kunt u die met de icoontjes rechts van de lijst: het geselecteerde filter bewerken, een kloon maken van de geselecteerde filter, het geselecteerde filter testen ofhet geselecteerde filter verwijderen. alle getoonde filters worden automatisch opgeslagen samen met uw gegevensbestand en zijn dan ook voor volgende GRAMPS sessies beschikbaar.

Filteraanpassingen

De gemaakte wijzigingen hebben pas effect nadat het venster gesloten werd met de Sluiten knop.


Door op de + knop te klikken wordt een Filter bepalen dialoog getoond.

Deze dialoog bevat drie onderdelen:

  • Definitie
    Naam: geef hier een naam op voor uw nieuwe filter in dit ingaveveld. Opmerkingen: Vul hier opmerkingen in die het mogelijk maken om ook later te weten waarvoor u de filter opstelde.
  • Regellijst
    Hier vult u de regels van het filter in. U kunt met de {man button|+}} knop regels toevoegen. U kunt zoveel regels toevoegen als u verkiest.
  • Opties
    Hier kiest u ofwel: Alle regels moeten toegepast worden of Minstens één regel wordt toegepast of Juist één regel wordt toegepast.Bevat de filter slecht één regel dan is de keuze niet van toepassing. Door het aanvinken van de optie: Resultaten die niet door het filter komen, kunt u filterregels omkeren. Stel dat uw filter de regel bevat "heeft een gemeenschappelijke voorouder met <persoon>", dan zal door het aanklikken van het keuzerechthoekje iedereen gevonden worden die geen gemeenschappelijke voorouders heeft met <persoon>.



Door op de + knop te klikken wordt de dialoog Regel toevoegen getoond:

In de ruimte links worden in een boomstructuur alle beschikbare regels volgens bepaalde categorieën getoond. Door op de pijljes naar echts te klikken, wordt meer detail getoond. Wanneer voor een bepaalde categorie, alle beschikbare regels worden getoond, kunt u door op een regel te klikken, rechts meer details zien.

  • Geselecteerde regel
    bv. Personen met <aanduiding>
  • Beschrijving
    Vindt alle personen waarvan de aanduiding een bepaalde waard heeft.
  • Waarden
    Hier kan soms een waarde ingevuld worden : hier het aanduidingstype met een keuzemenu: " ", "nog te doen" en "voltooid"

Bent u tevreden met de opgestelde regels, dan klikt u op de OK knop. Later kunt u deze regel(s) nog bewerken of volledig verwijderen.

Tip

Een vroeger aangemaakte filter kunt u ook als regel gebruiken. Dit geeft u bijna onbegrensde mogelijkheden in het opstellen van de selectiecriteria. die dan in de meeste verslagen, exports en zelfs in sommige gereedschappen (zoals persoonlijke gebeurtenissen vergelijken) gebruikt kunnen worden.


U kunt enkel de volledige filter opslaan indien u een nieuwe naam kiest. Anders is de OK knop niet actief.

Welke filters zijn beschikbaar in welk scherm?

Afhankelijk van in welk scherm u zich bevindt, zijn er verschillende filters beschikbaar.

  • Gramplets
    geen filters beschikbaar
  • Gebeurtenissen-, Bronnen-, Media-, Bibliotheken- en Opmerkingenscherm
    enkel de Algemene filters zijn beschikbaar. Deze filters zijn bovendien specifiek voor een bepaald scherm. In het mediascherm wordt dus enkel gezocht naar en gefilterd op media-objecten.


Algemene filters

Persoons-, Relatie- en Stamboomscherm

Bevat de volgende algemene filters:

  • Iedereen
    Vindt alle personen in het gegevensbestand. Dit heeft als filter weinig zin, maar is enkel bedoeld voor testdoeleinden.
  • Mannen
    Vindt alle mannen
  • Personen met <aanduiding>
    Vindt alle personen waarvan de aanduiding een bepaalde waarde heeft. Waarden: Aanduidingstype: ' ', Nog te doen of voltooid.
  • Namen die voldoen aan een reguliere uitdrukking
    Vindt personen wiens GRAMPS ID voldoet aan een reguliere uitdrukking.
  • Personen die uit het <filter> komen
    Vindt personen die uit een bepaalde filter komen. Waarden: Filternaam.
  • Personen die waarschijnlijk in leven zijn
    Vindt personen zonder doodsindicatie en die niet te oud zijn..
  • Personen met een <id>
    Vindt personen met de opgegeven id. Waarden : ID: De regel geeft enkel een overeenkomst indien de ID exact overeenkomt.

U kunt ofwel een ingeven in het ingaveveld of gebruik maken van de knop Selecteren. In het laatste geval kan dan een persoon uit de getoonde lijst worden gekozen.

  • Personen met <aantal> adressen
    Vindt personen met een bepaald aantal persoonlijke adressen. Waarden: aantal (gevallen) -- Getal moet zijn: groter dan/minder dan/gelijk aan.
  • Personen met <aantal> associaties
    Vindt personen met een bepaald aantal associaties. Waarden: aantal (gevallen) -- Getal moet zijn: groter dan/minder dan/gelijk aan.
  • Personen met <aantal> LDS-gebeurtenissen
    Vindt personen met een bepaald aantal LDS-gebeurtenissen. Waarden: aantal (gevallen) -- Getal moet zijn: groter dan/minder dan/gelijk aan.
  • Personen met <aantal> bronnen
    Vindt personen met een bepaald aantal items in de bron. Waarden: aantal (gevallen) -- Getal moet zijn: groter dan/minder dan/gelijk aan.
  • Personen met <aantal> media
    Vindt personen met een bepaald aantal items in de galerij. Waarden: aantal (gevallen) -- Getal moet zijn: groter dan/minder dan/gelijk aan.
  • Personen met <aantal> notities
    Vindt personen met een bepaald aantal notities. Waarden: aantal (gevallen) -- Getal moet zijn: groter dan/minder dan/gelijk aan.
  • Personen met aanduiding
    privé: Vindt personen die een aanduiding privé kregen.
  • Personen met bladwijzers
    Vindt personen met bladwijzers.
  • Personen met de <naam>
    Vindt personen met een bepaalde (deel van) naam. Waarden: Voornaam -- Famielienaam -- Achtervoegsel -- Titel -- Voorvoegsel -- Patroniemen -- Roepnaam
  • Personen met de <bron>
    Vindt personen die een bepaald ebron hebben. Waarden: bron id: kies uit de lijst met mogelijke bronnen.
  • Personen met familie <kenmerk>
    Vindt personen met een bepaald familiekenmerk. Waarden: Familiekenmerk: Identificatienummer, Aantal kinderen,...
  • Personen met onbekend geslacht
    Vindt alle personen wiens geslacht niet bekend is.
  • Personen met een onbekende geboortedatum
    Vindt personen zonder geboortedatum.
  • Personen met onvolledige namen
    Vindt personen wiens voornaam of achternaam ontbreekt.
  • Personen met persoonlijk <kenmerk>
    vindt personen met een bepaald persoonlijk kenmerk. Waarden: Persoonlijk kenmerk: Identificatienummer, Aantal kinderen,...
  • Personen met volledige gegevens
    Vindt alle personen wiens gegevens compleet zijn.
  • Personen veranderd na <datum tijdstip>
    Vindt alle personen die veranderd zijn sinds een bepaalde datum/tijdstip (jjj-mm-dd uu:mm:ss) of in een periode indien een tweede datum/tijdstip opgegeven is. Waarden: Gewijzigd -- maar voor.
  • Personen waarvan de gebeurtenissen overeenkomen met <gebeurtenissenfilter>
    Vindt personen die gebeurtenissen hebben die overeenkomen met een bepaald gebeurtenissenfilter.
  • Personen zonder relatie
    Vindt personen die met geen enkel andere personen in het gegevensbestand een familierelatie hebben.
  • Standaardpersoon
    Vindt de standaardpersoon.
  • Personen met notities welke <reguliere uitdrukking> bevatten
    Vindt personen van wie de notities tekst bevatten die met een reguliere uitdrukking overeenkomen. Waarden: Reguliere uitdrukking.
  • Personen met notities welke <deeltekenreeks> bevatten
    Vindt personen van wie de notities tekst bevatten die met een deeltekenreeks overeenkomen. Waarden: Deeltekenreeks.
  • Personen waarvan de gegevens <deeltekenreeks> bevatten
    Vindt personen van wie de gegevens tekst bevatten die met een deeltekenreeks overeenkomen. Waarden: Deeltekenreeks -- Al of niet Hoofdlettergevoelig -- Exacte schrijfwijze toepassen -- al of niet een een reguliere uitdrukking toepassen.
  • Vrouwen
    Vindt alle vrouwen

Gebeurtenissenfilters

This category includes the following rules that match people based on their recorded events:

  • Has the birth: This rule matches people whose birth event matches specified values for Date, Place, and Description. The rule returns a match even if the person's birth event matches the value partially. The matching rules are case-insensitive. For example, anyone born in Sweden will be matched by the rule using the value "sw" for the Place.

The rule returns a match if, and only if, all non-empty values are (partially) matched by a person's birth. To use just one value, leave the other values empty.

  • Has the death: This rule matches people whose death event matches specified values for Date, Place, and Description. The rule returns a match even if the person's death event matches the value partially. The matching rules are case-insensitive. For example, anyone who died in Sweden will be matched by the rule using the value "sw" for the Place.

The rule returns a match if, and only if, all non-empty values are (partially) matched by a person's death. To use just one value, leave the other values empty.

  • Has source of: This rule matches people whose records refer to the specified source.
  • Has the personal event: This rule matches people that have a personal event matching specified values for the Event type, Date, Place, and Description. The rule returns a match even if the person's event matches the value partially. The matching rules are case-insensitive. For example, anyone who graduated in Sweden will be matched by the rule using the Graduation event and the value "sw" for the Place.

The personal events should be selected from a pull-down menu. The rule returns a match if, and only if, all non-empty values are (partially) matched by the personal event. To use just one value, leave the other values empty.

  • Has the family event: This rule matches people that have a family event matching specified values for the Event type, Date, Place, and Description. The rule returns a match even if the person's event matches the value partially. The matching rules are case-insensitive. For example, anyone who was married in Sweden will be matched by the rule using the Marriage event and the value "sw" for the Place.

The family events should be selected from a pull-down menu. The rule returns a match if, and only if, all non-empty values are (partially) matched by the personal event. To use just one value, leave the other values empty.

  • Witness: This rule matches people who are present as a witness in the event. If the personal or family event type is specified, only the events of this type will be searched.
  • People with incomplete events: This rule matches people missing date or place in any personal event.
  • Families with incomplete events: This rule matches people missing date or place in any family event of any of their families.

Familiefilters

This category includes the following rules that match people based on their family relationships:

  • People with children

This rule matches people with children.

  • People with multiple marriage records

This rule matches people with more than one spouse.

  • People with no marriage records

This rule matches people with no spouses.

  • People who were adopted

This rule matches adopted people.

  • Has the relationships

This rule matches people with a particular relationship. The relationship must match the type selected from the menu. Optionally, the number of relationships and the number of children can be specified.

The rule returns a match if, and only if, all non-empty values are (partially) matched by a person's relationship. To use just one value, leave the other values empty.

  • Is spouse of filter match

This rule matches people married to someone who is matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.

  • Is a child of filter match

This rule matches people for whom either parent is matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.

  • Is a parent of filter match

This rule matches people whose child is matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.

  • Is a sibling of filter match

This rule matches people whose sibling is matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.

Voorouderfilters

This category includes the following rules that match people based on their ancestral relations to other people:

  • Is an ancestor of

This rule matches people who are ancestors of the specified person. The Inclusive option determines whether the specified person should be considered his/her own ancestor (useful for building reports).

You can either enter the ID into a text entry field, or select a person from the list by clicking Select... button. In the latter case, the ID will appear in the text field after the selection was made.

  • Is an ancestor of person at least N generations away

This rule matches people who are ancestors of the specified person and are at least N generations away from that person in their lineage. For example, using this rule with the value of 2 for the number of generations will match grandparents, great-grandparents, etc., but not the parents of the specified person.

  • Is an ancestor of person not more than N generations away

This rule matches people who are ancestors of the specified person and are no more than N generations away from that person in their lineage. For example, using this rule with the value of 2 for the number of generations will match parents and grandparents, but not great-grandparents, etc., of the specified person.

  • Has a common ancestor with

This rule matches people who have common ancestors with the specified person.

  • Has a common ancestor with filter match

This rule matches people who have common ancestors with someone who is matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.

  • Is an ancestor of filter match

This rule matches people who are ancestors of someone who is matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.

Afstammelingenfilters

This category includes the following rules that match people based on their descendant relations to other people:

  • Is a descendant of

This rule matches people who are descendants of the specified person. The Inclusive option determines whether the specified person should be considered his/her own descendant (useful for building reports).

This rule not only matches people who are descendants of the specified person, but also those descendants' spouses.

Verwantschapsfilters

This category includes the following rules that match people based on their mutual relationship:

  • Relationship path between two people

This rule matches all ancestors of both people back to their common ancestors (if exist). This produces the "relationship path" between these two people, through their common ancestors.

You can either enter the ID of each person into the appropriate text entry fields, or select people from the list by clicking their Select... buttons. In the latter case, the ID will appear in the text field after the selection was made.

Andere filters

This category includes the following rules which do not naturally fit into any of the above categories:

  • Has the personal attribute

This rule matches people who have the personal attribute of the specified value. The specified personal attribute name should be selected from the menu. The specified value should be typed into the text entry field.

  • Has the family attribute

This rule matches people who have the family attribute of the specified value. The specified family attribute should be selected from the menu. The specified value should be typed into the text entry field.

  • Matches the filter named

This rule matches people who are matched by the specified filter. The specified filter name should be selected from the menu.
