Régions de référence
Comment créer une référence à l'image via des régions.
==Régions de référenceréférencées==
Image reference regions can be used to select or highlight portions of images. It is relatively easy to establish reference regions by following these steps:

* By whichever method is easiest, access the database object where the image is used. Typically, this would be a person, place, event, or source.
* Go to the gallery tab for that object. Edit an existing image, or add a new one.

* Once you are in the ''Media Reference Editor'', there are several methods for selecting reference regions:
*# The edit fields can be changed manually to select a region. Regions are selected as a percentage of the image. 0%, 0%, 100%, 100%, means a region covers the entire image.
*# The spinbuttons can be used in a manner similar to the entryfields, to select a region as a percentage of the image.
*# In GRAMPS 3.1.0 and newer, you can click-and-drag in the ''Preview'' pane to select a region. Every time you click-and-drag, a smaller region can be selected. If you {{Man key press|CTRLCtrl|}} + click the ''Preview'' pane, the region reverts back to 0%, 0%, 100%, 100%.

*Once you have a reference region defined, click {{man button|OK}} and repeat these steps as necessary for all other people in the image.
