At this point, the translations are committed but not published. Since publishing updates every addon, the timing for this action is dependent on how many addons are being updated, and any sort of timing or logistical concerns from the Gramps maintainers.

The addon developer may or may not have created a <tt>MANIIFEST</tt> file as part of their work. You shouldn't have to change it or create it if they did, but you can at least run a simple check on the contents with <tt>make.py</tt>.
