Is "enabled manual" a brand or is 'enabling' an adjective modifying the type of manual?
 
 
Are they a structured outline of documents that have some sort of active feature?
 
 
Are they a URL rewrite feature of MediaWiki?
 
 
Does 'enabled' merely refer to wikipages URLs that are hotlinked from the F1 key from within Gramps?
